Starting Monday, February 10th, I'll send a short inspiring email to get your mind right & reinforce the message that YOUR well-being matters.
Each week, you'll focus on:
ONE simple self-care activity (e.g. avoid negative news reports)
ONE mini 15-minute meditation (do it once, do it every day - it's your choice)
ONE journal prompt (again, do it once, do it every day - your choice)
